Full Service Intelligent Mail ACS
The USPS will be hosting a webinar 11/6 from 2 to 4pm EDT. This webinar will cover the different address correction services, such as OneCode ACS, Full Service ACS, and Traditional ACS. It will describe how the USPS processes Change of Address and Nixie Records.
It will address typical issues being experienced by Full Service mailers, such as multiple notices and anomalies in recipt of address correction records. Mailers can express concerns and ask questions at this webinar.
The link and phone number will be posted at RIBBS under Intelligent Mail Latest News.

And to note, there are issues with the ACS mess. Differences in services and file formats are complex and confusing. Default set ups and unintended results are common. Most, if not all, Standard Mailers are steering clear of Full Service ACS. Full Service ACS may be pretending to be ready for prime time, but the reviews so far are negative.
Full Service IMB is not as advertised. Free ACS is not free. I was at a focus group meeting and one large publisher told the USPS that the have received over $86,000 in dupe address changes and this was less than 2 months worth of data.
